RicNic UK are proud to present En Femme En Homme! RICNIC’S FIRST ALUMNI CABARET fundraising event in the heart of London. We hope this will become an annual fixture in the RicNic calendar.
Not only will it be a brilliant evening for showcasing talent but an opportunity for networking and to also support RicNic’s vital work with young people across the UK.
En Femme, En Homme invites you to take a step into the underground world of 1920s prohibition. An homage to the danger, delusion, liberation of Speakeasy culture. We delve into the backrooms of the Jazz Age. No one is the good guy, the bad guy, or perhaps even a ‘guy’. Gender is subverted, culture is questioned and a delicious cocktail of Jazz and Musical Theatre fills the stale air with a hopeful mist of new beginnings.
